Not what customers expect.
Las Vegas' McCarran international airport is doing a horrible job in regards to customer experience. For an International Airport with over 43 million visitors per year it's sad that there are no charging stations/ports for the multitude of visitors while at the gate who rely on mobile devices and laptops. This is pretty much standard for all international airports including JFK, ATL, LAX and London Heathrow.
